Well....nowadays he's catching on alright and his favorite word?? How'd you guess?
NO!
Me: Hey Chunks you want to come finish your dinner?Chunks: No. Icey!
Me: Chunks did you miss the potty? (when he doesn't use it and I have stinky proof)
Chunks: No.
Me: Are you lying?
Chunks: NO! (then cracks up and reaches for his diaper)
Me: Alright Chunks, time for bed.
Chunks: No, 'tory. (story)
Me: No, no more stories tonight.
Chunks: Nooooo! (catches himself) Mommy, you d' beST! (hugs Mom and she's suckerd into 1 more Thomas the Train story)
He's speaking his mind and telling me what he wants and def what he does NOT want lol and you gotta respect it. But I can't wait until there's a 'Yes' period and these no's are gone, ugh.

Candace.. I am going through the exact same thing with T.. EVERYTHING is NO!!! It is sort of getting on my nerves!
Thanks for sharing that, Chunks had me cracking up. I know you're tired of the no's, but Chunks is funny. He knows exactly what to say and when. Hang in there and hopefully this "no" stage will pass quickly.
Ah the dreaded "no". Pookah isn't saying no to everything, he just has this HORRIBLE temper! But we're working on it. I've just got to remind myself that this too shall pass!
He cracks me up and drives me crazy all at the same time!
Lil Mama is on the no stage as well. I guess we are constantly telling them no. I asked Lil Mama are you hungry...No. Are you a sweet baby..No
Hilarious! They do grow out of it eventually.
LOL! so cute! Chunks sounds like Nate during the summer...we are getting better at finding more words to express his feelings other than "no", but girl...LOL
Moo is revisiting her No stage. It's proving to be quite a test of my patience. LOL
