Welcome Me Back to the Cyber World!

In just 3 weeks I was the one the Cyber gods decided to have fun with. First my 3rd Blackberry decided it didn't want to turn on and stay on but it wanted to do it a whole month before my contract was up with Verizon which would allow me a new (read:better) phone for free. Thankfully they worked with me and since I was a long standing member they nicely allowed me to move up my upgrade date!! GREAT! Except the phone that I want, will not be shipped out until the END OF NEXT MONTH!!! Talk about screwed.

Chunks has an obsession with remotes and so he decided to use the remote to his father's PlayStation as a chew toy one morning and some how between him getting it and me seeing him, he was able to dribble enough into the controller to cause it also to die.

My 6 year old Dell-we've been through a lot; undergrad, applying to grad, surfing the web, finding my blogging passion, IM, facebook, all of that, somehow got the blue screen of death one morning out of the clear BLUE! We rebooted, wiped it clean, uninstalled, reinstalled, and upgraded and within 3 weeks we just had to say goodbye thanks to the good ol' Trojan horse virus! Bitter sweet because I knew she was on her last leg, I just wished I could've put her down a little nicer than that!

Well I decided that I will turn everything around, with me going back to school and wanting to blog a lot more than I've been doing, allow me to introduce my new best friend Mac!

So NewYorkStateofMom will be able to fill you all in on the adventures of us settling back into my hometown, trust me we've had some adventures. Stick with me while I get it all together. Mac and I are getting to know each other, and so far so good!
